Tanzania Collaborates with AXA Health International to Expedite its Global Expansion

AXA Health International, which runs the AXA worldwide Healthcare brand, has announced a new partnership with Alliance Insurance Corporation Limited and MIC Global Risks in Tanzania, expanding its worldwide reach and footprint throughout Africa.
Businesses, expats and professionals who go abroad will be able to take use of AXA Global Healthcare's Global Executive Health Plan (GEHP) thanks to the partnership, which will improve access to high-quality international healthcare in Tanzania.
The news expands upon the partnership between AXA Health International and Executive Healthcare Solutions (EHS) in October 2025, which created a framework for exclusive distribution in Kenya and many other African regions. MIC Global Risks, an intermediary designated by EHS, serves as the market's sole distributor in Tanzania.
In Tanzania, AXA Health International offers access to its worldwide provider network, medical knowledge and international healthcare management.
As the sole distributor in Tanzania, MIC Global Risks facilitates customer interaction, policy issuing and servicing.
The licensed insurer in Tanzania, Alliance Insurance Corporation Limited, makes sure the partnership complies with regional laws.
Tanzania is becoming a more significant hub for trade, investment and professional mobility, drawing multinational corporations, foreign workers and expatriates. Demand for dependable access to healthcare across national borders is rising as the economy becomes more connected with regional and international markets, especially for specialized care that might not be offered locally.
